We acquired our first long-arm quilting system in March 2006. Our goals in adding this service to the shop are:
Finish your quilts with the same quality and attention to detail that you gave the top.
Deliver finished quilts to the customer within 10 days.Make it more affordable for our customers to finish their quilts so they make more!
With the Gammill Optimum Plus Long Arm Quilting machine with the Statler Stitcher, we know we have the best machine to reach these goals. Our pricing structure is as follows: NO SET UP CHARGE!Batting: We use Hobbs 80/20, Airtex 100% cotton, Hobbs Tuscany and Washable Wool, or batting of your choice.
Binding – Let us do the work:
One side – we do the machine stitching on front and you finish - $.50/foot
Machine – machine stitching on both sides - $1.00/foot
Machine/Hand – machine stitching on front, hand stitch on back - $2.00/foot
Quilting – Many patterns to chose from:
Meandering – large stipple or meandering $14 square yard
Pattern Quilting $16-18
Basting $ 8
Custom Quilting $20 and up
Inset Medallions $1-$5 per design
Miscellaneous Charges:
Thread – we use Perma Core $1 per bobbin
Thread change $1 per color
